Before doing any work, you must enjoy and relay the blessing of prayer. But first, within prayer, there's something that you must let go. That's found in Galatians 2:20. Even though Christ lives within you, there are many times when you act according to your own thoughts. Because your thoughts aren't always right, you need prayer. Moreover, there's something that you must find in prayer. Those are the blessings of "3·9·3," the power of the universe, and "The 5 Authorities." There are key aspects to enjoy through prayer as well. They're none other than God's Kingdom and its work. Because you have limitations, those limits must be broken down through prayer. God has entrusted health, wealth, and positions to you. That's why those who been entrusted must seek faithfulness.
1. The Mission Given by God
God has called you as a pastor who relays the Word, (Ephesians 4:11) an elder who's in charge of church finances, (Acts 11:30) a deacon who takes charge of all matters so that the servants of the Lord can be devoted to the Word and prayer, (Acts 6:3) a member of the choir who's entrusted with praise, (1 Chronicles 6:31) a teacher who spreads the Word movement, (Ephesians 4:11) a member of the finance department who's careful not to be slandered, (2 Corinthians 8:20) a servant with important authority given by the master, (Mark 13:34) a guardian of the temple who stays up all night and opens the door every morning, (1 Chronicles 9:27) an evangelist who doesn't preach any other doctrine, (1 Timothy 1:3) and a helper of those who preach the Gospel. (1 Thessalonians 2:4) These are the positions given by God. Since this is the life of faith, you must be a good steward and take charge of what belongs to your Master. Since your life also belongs to God, you must teach your posterity how to properly give offerings so that they don't run errands for the world.
2. How Should You Handle It?
According to the talents given by God, fulfill your mission; however, if you do it with personal intentions, you'll fail. You must act before God and become an example to others. In doing so, God will surely reward you.
3. Blessings and Discussions That Come after the Mission
As a result, you'll participate in the work that pleases God the most; will be entrusted with even greater things; and will receive the crown of life and a hundred times as much on earth, (Mark 10:29-30) You need to have discussions (forum) regarding these with new believers.
Whenever you work, discover the essence of the works that God does with you. When you meet people, look at them through the eyes of the Gospel. Finally, when problems arise, look at them through the eyes of prayer.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, today, the servants of the Lord who'll save the world and the age have gathered. May the power of the Holy Trinity come upon them. May "The Throne's Power" be established in them. May Your works that'll save this age arise. May the power that binds darkness throughout the world and the universe appear. Please grant "The 5 Authorities." In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen.
