The "prayer of 3·9·3," the prayer that conquers the kingdom of the air, (Ephesians 2:2) and the prayer that gains "The 5 Authorities" are spiritual lasers that transmit the light. Ultimately, works took place in both Israel and Samaria, (Acts 3:1-12 & 8:4~8) Through the tribulation, the Church at Antioch was established, and missionaries were commissioned to save Asia; Macedonia; and even Rome. (Acts 11:19-30, 13:1~4, 16:6~10, & 19:21)

1. The Characteristics of a Thirsty Soul
By immediately responding to the Gospel, disciples came to a place of grace (Acts 16:11~14 & 30~31) and even works arose by testifying the Word of Christ. (Acts 8:35-39) Moreover, as they obeyed God's Word, they grabbed hold of the covenant in front of the evidences of the Gospel. In addition, in front of the Word, they remained positive and simple. Above all, their hearts were ready to accept.

2. The Method to Find Those Who Are Thirsty
Because you don't know who has been prepared or when he or she will open the door to his or her heart, you just need give testimony whenever and whomever you meet.
