How can you receive the real answers that are found in the Bible? When did God give real answers? The Gospel changes your fate and destiny, your status, and your spiritual DNA. Because you're saved, tribulations are blessings, but for those who aren't saved, they're paths to ruin. Furthermore, diseases are opportunities to experience God-given spiritual strength, and poverty is an opportunity to start from scratch. Amidst difficulties, the 7 Remnants and the people of faith in Hebrews 11. discovered God's great plan of blessings. The people who persecuted the believers of the Early Church the most were Jewish people who had the Bible but were behind the times because they didn't understand the Gospel. Armed with their "chosen people" ideology, the Jewish people who killed Jesus were destroyed in 70 A.D. In 313, Rome declared Christianity as its the state religion. However, the posterity of the Jewish who persecuted Christianity wandered and were dispersed. Later, 6 million Jewish people were massacred by Adolf Hitler. When tribulations and sufferings come, you must seek God's blessings. Those situations will become opportunities.
1. Tribulations Were Opportunities for the 0.1 Percent Who Possessed the Gospel to Do World Evangelization
Through Joseph who held onto Genesis 3:15 and Moses who held onto the covenant of the "blood sacrifice,” the world was turned upside down. Armed with the covenant, the three young men who were held captive evangelized the world. The Church at Thessalonica received the Gospel preached by Paul and spread faith, hope, and love to the entire world.
2. Tribulation Was the Springboard That Saved Macedonia
The city that Alexander the Great conquered and named after his wife was Thessalonica, and the city he named after himself was Alexandria. There, in Troas, Paul met a turning point in his life. Paul saw Thessalonica, the place where the Old Testament was translated into Greek, (The Septuagint) as the way to save Macedonia.
3. Tribulation Was the Path to Rome
Thessalonica had large hot springs, shipyards, and a road connecting the east with Rome. Paul was convinced that he was on his way to Rome and received the message that during the tribulation he would see Rome also and stand before Caesar.
That's why you must find the power to do "prayer 24" and make sure that it is carried out. When tribulations and great difficulties come, you mustn't be afraid; instead, you have to find God's great plan and sure answers and save those who are suffering.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, please open my eyes to see tribulations as blessings and to see Your "absolute plan." In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen.
