When faced with hardships, do not be deceived, but break through this frame. All the renowned leaders of this world have made the mistake of not knowing the true value or worth of the Gospel. This was the very reason why the Israelites had no choice but to become slaves. At this time, there was an individual who restored the value of the Gospel. She was Moses’ mother, Jochebed. What exactly did Jochebed do?
1. Enter the Covenant That Breaks the Frame of the Unlawful World
If you enter into the covenant, evidences will follow without having the need to fight. Yet God’s people, the Israelites, became slaves who served in the work of building idolatrous shrines for Egypt. As the Israelites grew in number, Pharaoh commanded that all the newborn males be killed. At this time, Moses was born and even though it was considered illegal, Jochebed entered into the covenant by breaking through the frame of the world. By doing so, she completely broke through and went against the law that was decreed by the powerful Pharaoh.
2. Enter the Covenant That Breaks Through the Frames of Evangelism and Missions
When you enter into the frames of evangelism and missions that nobody else can do, God will do the work. Jochebed sent Moses to Egypt by casting him into the Nile River. Jochebed challenged toward breaking through the frames of evangelism and missions by entering into the covenant that nobody tried to do until that point. Ultimately, the papyrus basket that was carrying the baby Moses drifted into the place where Pharaoh’s daughter bathed. Even though she knew Moses was a Hebrew, she still raised him as her own, and thus, Moses was able to survive through the works of God.
3. Relaying the Covenant to Moses
God’s covenant will never change. Through Miriam, Jochebed was able to enter into the palace to nurse her son. Jochebed was aware that this was the last opportunity and mission for her to relay the covenant to Moses. This was in fact, the beginning of completely changing the frames of the future. Afterward, through Moses, who received the covenant from his mother, the Israelites were able to come out of Egypt.
[Prayer of the Evangelist] Dear God, may I lay down all unbelief, worries, failures, and enter into the covenant. Within this covenant, may I break through the frames of the world and the frames of evangelism and missions, thus becoming the main figure who saves this nation and age.
