Satan uses the "platform of 3·6·11" to carry out the Nephilim movement. He has set up "watchtowers" within those bartizans and continues to say what's incorrect. By manipulating transcendental meditation; the chi movement; and psychic powers, he has raised "antennas." These are Satan's bartizans. You are a watchman who possesses the light and must create the bartizan of light that can actually evangelize. In addition, the watchman's platform is "3·9·3." The "watchtowers" are Calvary, the Mt. of Olives, and Mark's upper room, (Acts 1:3, 1:14, 2:42, 13:14, 16:6~10, & 19:1~7) the "antenna" shines the light on "The 7 Grand Journeys." When the readiness to build the bartizan is 300 percent, God will appoint disciples to build evangelism bartizans and raise watchmen in the 237 nations. The 7 RTs, the figures of Hebrews 11, Peter, Paul, and the people of Romans 16 built the world bartizans. Then, who is the Holy Spirit, the key to the bartizan? Jesus sent "only Holy Spirit" (Acts 1:8) that is, the Counselor, (John 14:16) to help in all matters; (John 14:26) to testify of Christ; (John 15:26) and to know future events. (John 16:24)

1. The Holy Spirit's Name and Jesus' Method
The Holy Spirit's name is Counselor. He is the Holy Spirit of God, the Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of life, the Spirit of truth, the Spirit of grace, and the Spirit of promise. If you build this bartizan and remain inside of prayer, your health will be restored first. Jesus said that He would send the Holy Spirit, the Counselor, to be with you.

From the time before eternity to the point after eternity, Christ; God; and the Holy Spirit are always together.

3. Jesus' Name, Within, and Prayer
Even now, when you pray in Jesus' name, the Holy Spirit works within you according to His Word. He came as the Holy Spirit to dwell in you and completely liberated you. (Romans 8:2)
