The Future of Lay Missions

Deuteronomy 6:4~9 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is One. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. (4~6)

There is something that lay people must surely enjoy, but most end up failing. It concerns the next generation. They are the most important figures who are responsible for the future. If you fail to properly raise them, all the churches in the world will close their doors like today and face the horrible reality of being sold. Starting now, the next generation must undergo three types of training. They are leadership training to overcome the world, training to gain spiritual strength, and training to paint a grand picture of missions that is true, urgent, and on the grandest scale. In the midst of those, what is the future of missions that God will fulfill through you?

1. True Missions
The next generation must possess a picture of true missions which is discovering God’s desires and not theirs. Missions is not your work, but the work of God’s Kingdom. The Israelites raised the next generation in the wilderness and conquered Canaan which was their form of missions. The next generation who were raised during the Mizpah and Dothan Movements resolved the disasters of the age. Paul evangelized Rome through the Synagogue movement. You, too, just need to discover and restore true missions.

2. The Most Urgent Mission
You can discover the most urgent mission when you look at the world. A problem lies in the fact that the people of multi-ethnicities and leaders of powerful nations have not received evangelism training. As a result, churches in these advanced nations have become powerless and have closed down. This spiritual flow is passed down to the next generation, and serious spiritual problems become manifested in them. However, if you pray holding onto the covenant, God will surely open doors of answers that will help you cope with this most urgent missions. This is the simple answer.

3. The Biggest Missions
This is the age of the greatest spiritual war. Satan has created idolatrous temples to blind people, so you must make a few important preparations. First, you must invite leaders, then call in Remnants, and finally, raise RUTCs in the 237 nations. Through these preparations, you can save the world by training leaders and Remnants through the Gospel, evangelism, and prayer.

[Prayer of the Evangelist] Dear God, as a lay person, let me raise up the next generation for the future You have prepared. Let the missions to save the urgent age and the restoration of the world begin.

[Gospel Memory Verse] 1 Corinthians 1:18
For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
