The Israelites were in the wilderness for 40 years. Though the journey could've been completed in a week, there was a reason they stayed there for so long. God intended to provide crucial education to the posterity and give them the final covenant before leading them into Canaan. What should today's Remnants learn from their time in the wilderness?
1. Genesis
Man was created in God's image, and therefore, all people must know and believe in God. The lack of this understanding led to three significant events. (Genesis 3·6·11) As a result, disasters occurred, and those continue to occur even today. This Gospel first appeared in Genesis. (Genesis 3:15)
2. Exodus
The day the Israelites restored the covenant of Christ, they escaped from Egypt. God guided them through the wilderness, allowing them to enjoy the mysteries of the Three Feasts Passover, Pentecost, and the Feast of Ingathering and led them with the Ark of the Covenant and the Tabernacle.
3. Leviticus
For Remnants, restoring worship is of the utmost importance. This is why the Levites, who serve in worship (Priests) were crucial. Even more important is that after Christ bore the cross, all believers could partake in the blessings of the tribe of Levi.
4. Numbers
The book of Numbers records the 12 tribes, the 70 elders, and the remaining Remnants chosen by God for the conquest of Canaan, (World Evangelization)
5. Deuteronomy
The book of Deuteronomy emphasizes the need to imprint the immense power of God that had been displayed up to that point. The Word calls for planting deep roots to bear fruit and for developing a nature strong enough to carry out world evangelization.
It took 40 years to impart this knowledge. The absence of answers in your life doesn't mean that they don't exist. You must enjoy what has been given and wait patiently. What's imprinted in Remnants will stay with them throughout their lives.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, thank you for allowing me to hold the World Core Conference today. Please establish "the absolute bartizan" in the 237 field. In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen.
