The Signs of the End of the Age and the Gospel Movement
Matthew 24:13~14 But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
♬Hymn for scheduled worship: Korean/English Hymnal #549 My Jesus, as Thou Wilt (Unified Hymn #431)

Jesus foretold the extreme situations that would arise in the last days; however, He also said not to be afraid of any situation. God is in control of history, so He absolutely fulfills His will. God who is greater and stronger than any situation is always with you. Then, what is the reason to discard fear?
1. You Are Person Who Enjoys the Gospel
Those who possess the Gospel have the privilege of enjoying the guidance and fulfillment of the Word; the guidance and works of the Holy Spirit; and the actualization of Christ’s power. It’s essential to enjoy the mystery of worship that creates a spiritual state which overcomes fear. If you’re able to continually enjoy this mystery of the Gospel, you will undoubtedly be victorious.
2. You Are Person Who Will Preach the Gospel
It wasn’t unusual for evangelists who preached the Gospel to be persecuted. However, history has testified that the evangelists and churches that were with Jesus, who possessed the authority of Heaven and earth, were victorious in the end. Here is the reason why you can believe and boldly challenge in the covenant that God will evangelize the 237 nations of the world. The reason is that you possess the spiritual background, status, and authority. Therefore, you can be bold and courageous.
The world and Satan will continue to bring persecution and give hardships. Regardless, the covenant of world evangelization will be fulfilled and the mystery of the Triune God is still taking place. All you need to do is remain in this covenantal stream.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, help me to hold onto my God-given identity, authority, and background. Please give me a double portion of Your Spirit, so that I can challenge toward testifying this Gospel to all nations and people.

[Deep Questions] Q. “What Does History State?”
“Rome was not built in a day.”
That is a famous English proverb. Built in 753 B.C.E, Rome was a city and empire that spanned hundreds of years. However, this massive empire began to oppress Christianity. Emperor Nero blamed the Great Fire of Rome on the Christians and began to persecute them in earnest. Emperor Decius (249~251) spread the persecution throughout the city, attempting to completely annihilate Christianity. He ordered Christians to abandon the Gospel in favor of pagan faith. Especially between 303 and 311 AD, the destruction of churches, the burning of Bibles, and all Christians being deprived of their citizenships and forced to worship Roman gods were widespread. Who could have imagined that the great Roman Empire would eventually kneel before the Gospel?
On his way to Rome, Paul met an intense crisis of being torn apart and killed. At sea, he even faced a natural disaster called “Euroaquilo” or the “northeaster” which was a wind of hurricane force. However, God reassured Paul that he would testify the Gospel in Rome and stand trial before Caesar. In the end, Rome and its background of Satan could not stop Paul from reaching his destination. Once there, the idols; military powers; and the culture that propelled the mighty Roman Empire fell to their knees before the Gospel that Paul preached.
Who or what can defeat the Gospel?
What can be used to stop the stream or flow of the Gospel?
What power can destroy evangelists, the children of God, and churches that possess the Gospel?
Did you perhaps forget that you, too, are standing in the center of the amazing, tremendous, and definite works of the Triune God?
