The believers of the Early Church came down from the Mt. of Olives. Risking their lives, they still gathered at Mark’s upper room because they still had one reason. They were disciples of Christ who had experienced the Resurrection. At the same time, they possessed another reason. They had resolved to become evangelists to save the field. Then what is the reason for your life today?
1. Those Who Are Not Assimilated with the World
Instead of clinging to your “old frames” that don’t work, break them. Quickly instill a “new frame” that will naturally take place. Jochebed did not assimilate with her life with enslavement in Egypt. Instead, she relayed the covenant. (Exodus 2:1~10) Daniel did not assimilate with the culture of idolatry in Babylon, but instead made a resolution in his heart. (Daniel 1:8~9) The Remnants of the Bible adapted in order to save the fields where God had sent them. Regardless of their circumstances, they did not assimilate or lose their identities.
2. Those with the Gospel Who Blocked the Disasters of the Age
Israel became colonized by Rome. The Jewish people assimilated to religious legalism, Rome assimilated to humanism, and the Gentiles assimilated to mysticism. However, the disciples of the Early Church held onto “only Gospel.” They focused on the works of saving their regions by devoting themselves to prayer. God raised miraculous works through Remnants who held onto the covenant. The Israelites were set free from slavery, returned from captivity, regained independence from colonization, and were restored even after being completely scattered.
In order to save the region where you live, your first priority is to gain true strength as a Spiritual Summit. God will also give you the true answer and raise you as a Skills Summit. Finally, as a Cultural Summit, you will surely become a true witness of evangelism.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, as a Remnant whom You have made and with my God-given things and field, help me not to assimilate with the world, but save it with “only Gospel.”

[Deep Questions] Q. Are You Adapting, or Are You Assimilating?
The word adapt means “to quickly grasp or understand one’s surroundings and bring change in order to make it suitable for a new use or situation.”
The word assimilate means “to be unaware or oblivious of one’s surroundings, then be buried within it.” Adapting is the way to live or survive, but assimilating is, in the end, a path to destruction.
Do not assimilate to any hardships or temptations.
“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet.” Matthew 5:13
