Genesis 26:12~22 And he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, saying, “For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.” (22)

God’s Word is a sign that reveals amazing blessings. To Isaac who held onto God’s covenant, He gave the blessing of the ram and blessing of answers that He had prepared. God who is Jehovah Jireh has prepared the ram that must die in your place and the blessing of Rehoboth for you. What are the contents and purposes of the blessings you will receive?

1. The Economy of Evangelism and Missions
To Abraham and Isaac who held onto the covenants of the offspring of a woman and the ark, God promised that all the nations of the earth would be blessed through them. According to that promise, Isaac gained a hundredfold of blessings by gaining victory without fighting and the source of springs. Furthermore, God had prepared an even wider land. These are the blessings of Rehoboth that God has prepared.

2. The Economy of the Future
The Rehoboth economy is a blessing that will continue to the posterity. This blessing was connected to the answers received by Israel and the blessings that formed the twelve tribes. Through Joseph, it led to the blessing of evangelizing Egypt. Joseph held onto the covenant and received all the promised blessings.

Through the problems you face, you can receive God’s prepared answers like Isaac and enter in advance the blessing of Rehoboth to do world evangelization.

Q. Do You Recognize God’s Sign for You?

In baseball, the pitcher communicates with the catcher before pitching the ball. That nonverbal communication is called a sign.

Before sending his sign, the catcher thinks in advance about how he can retire the batter who is standing in the batter’s box. Then with a hand sign, he signals to the pitcher to throw the correct pitch. With a sure plan to retire the batter, he thinks about all circumstances then, relays that content and purpose to the pitcher.
Since long ages past, God made plans through His covenant that has now been revealed to you. Through this covenant that will continue forevermore, He is sending you a sign this very moment today.
Abraham was one hundred years old when he received
his son Isaac. Through the incident of the ram on Mt. Moriah, Isaac saw God’s sign that He would surely give and fulfill His covenant. Accordingly, Isaac entered into complete faith.

For the sake of fulfilling the covenant, he staked his life and walked with God.
