The Breastpiece Engraved with the Names of the Twelve Tribes
Exodus 39:8~21 │ There were twelve stones with their names according to the names of the sons of Israel. They were like signets, each engraved with its name, for the twelve tribes. (14)

God commanded the high priest to wear the ephod and place the breastpiece with the names of the twelve tribes engraved on it around his neck. That meant that the priest should pray for all the Israelites as the names were being etched. God’s children can enjoy the greatest blessing of experiencing His power that works unseen to their eyes when they pray. Then, what blessings can you enjoy inside of prayer today?
1. Like a Gem, an Existence That Will Always Be Remembered The gems studded on the breastpiece carried a deep and profound mystery. God regards His children as valuable existences that are like life-saving gems. In addition, as a child of God, you possess the background of Heaven and will forever be remembered. You mustn’t forget that you are a valuable person who can enjoy everything inside the prayer of “24 hours” as an answer of “25 hours” from God.
2. Urim and Thummim - the Grace to Completely Save People with the Light The Urim and Thummim studded on the breastpiece were used when the high priest had to rule and make judgements. Urim means “light” and Thummim means “complete.” God has given His children the judgment and grace to completely save people through the light.
The authority that God has given you is the power that caused the Exodus, divided the Red Sea and the Jordan River, and brought down Jericho. Just like the members of the Early Church who eventually evangelized Rome, you can also enjoy the authority of God that will realize His will and plan for world evangelization inside of prayer today.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, help me to realize the value of the status and authority that You have given me. As I enter the prayer of “24 hours,” may I enjoy the answer of “25 hours” to gain the grace of saving everyone. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
