The Remnant’s Summit Attitude

Philippians 1:9~10 │ “And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,”

Hymn #542 ‘Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus (Unified Hymn #340)

Why is today’s life important? What you’re holding onto and concentrating on now will accurately connect to your masterpiece in the future. When Remnants equip themselves with an attitude to learn, lifetime answers will be revealed. When you deeply root yourself in God’s Word, you can live your life as the Spiritual Summit to save the world. Then, what mindset must you be equipped with?

1. What to Discern and Instill - the Summit Mindset That Receives Answers(Paul)
Remnants must discern everything with the eyes of the Gospel. Instead of being deceived by reality, you must understand that there is another truth. Also, you must uncover the truth behind hidden motives. Most of all, as you discern spiritual facts, you must earnestly seek out God’s will. Although Paul was imprisoned, he wasn’t bound by it. He “pressed on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” He experienced the true power that was given from above to those who are in Christ.

2. The Remnants of the Bible Were Instilled with the Summit Mindset
Joseph enjoyed the Covenant Journey within the blessings of Immanuel;(Genesis 39:1~6) Moses received the covenant on Mt. Horeb;(Exodus 3:1~18) Samuel experienced the power of prayer;(1 Samuel 3:19) David was filled with the Spirit of God;(1 Samuel 16:1~13) Elisha asked for a double portion of spirit;(2 Kings 2:9~11) Daniel made his resolution;(Daniel 1:8~9) and the Early Church members including Paul staked their lives for evangelism and missions(Acts 20:24).

You cannot live below the standards of common sense. If you do, you’ll hear people’s criticism and ridicule. That’s why you must live rationally, yet have understanding that transcends common sense to stand as a model or witness of the covenant that saves all people. The “Summit Mindset” that Remnants have to instill must be based on the Word of God that leads to a life of internships that is embedded in the roots of the Gospel.

[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, although I live in this world, help me to live the life of a witness of “only Gospel” who breaks down the forces of Satan without being deceived by the world, and please equip me with the mindset of the Spiritual Summit. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

[Deep Questions]
Q. How Will You Lay the Roots of the Gospel?
Remnant Internship

First, find what is real within the time schedule of hardships. You will come to see that the truth has been covered in wrapping paper called “hardships.” Foolish people who are enthusiastic over what is fake and follow what they see on the outside cannot arrive at the truth. Look at the truth in the internship process and not the hardships.
Second, be thankful for being able to know the solution in the midst of problems. People have problems that come in all shapes and sizes. The real issue is that people tend to make the problems bigger than they actually are. God has given the solution to the Remnants first. Because you already know the solution, all problems are a source of blessings and thanksgiving.
Third, because you possess the Gospel, be joyful even in suffering. Do you feel discouraged, resentful, and want to run away because of suffering, problems, and hardships? Those situations are a channel of answers, blessings, and hope. It’s your golden opportunity. This will soon become an internship to equip yourself with the “Summit Attitude.”

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”Romans 12:2
