The Day of Atonement

Leviticus 16:29~34 │ ‘This is to be a lasting ordinance for you: Atonement is to be made once a year for all the sins of the Israelites.’ And it was done, as the Lord commanded Moses. (34)

Most people who believe in God live a life of faith without really knowing how to believe in Him. You must remember that believing in God one hundred percent is the start of your life of faith. God desires to give only the very best. In order to give the Gospel to the Israelites, He instructed them to keep the Day of Atonement. What was the reason why?

1. The Destruction That Satan Brings - the Sin Offering
Satan tries to kill and destroy people by making traps with Genesis 3, 6, and 11. He leads people to idolatry and pushes them to ruin. That was why God commanded His people to hold onto the Gospel and give the sin offering to escape the traps made by Satan.

2. The Spirit of Evil - the Power of Christ
God commanded the Israelites to give the sin offering because of problems that the Israelites couldn’t solve on their own. For that very reason, God told them to receive the power of Christ. Starting today, you can enjoy this true freedom by holding onto the mystery of Christ. Although the world is constantly advancing, God has called you as the Summit to solve the greater spiritual problems that will come in the future; to heal this age; and to solve its problems.

By simply acknowledging your problems before God, they’ll be resolved. When you return to God and sincerely repent, God will restore everything. This is the tremendous power of prayer that you’ve received from God.

[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, bless me so that I can save Your children who live like unbelievers. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

[Deep Questions]
Q. What Is Sin?

Sin(noun) - an immoral act considered to be a transgression against divine law

The world says that there is punishment for sin.

The Bible emphasizes that as well.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

The Bible states that the reparation of sin isn’t punishment, but death.

“Because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2

But as evidence that God loves you, He sent Christ to completely set you free from all sins. You no longer have anything to do with the punishment of sins because you are a child of God.
