The letter “R” stands for the minority of “Remnants” or “those who remain” who understand the Gospel. The letter “U” stands for the “Unity” of those who possess this Gospel. The letter “T” stands for the “Training” that cultivates spiritual strength. The letter “C” stands for the “Center” that will send or establish the Summit in the field. The RUTC is the platform to actualize the second Aram movement. Right now, you must prepare the healing and Summit platforms so that the 237 nations and 5,000 people groups can come.

1. The RUTC Where Three Answers Are Taught
All people must solve their spiritual problems. The Gospel is the only way to come out of both Satan’s slavery and the colonization of the powerful nations. You must convey the true process of healing by relaying the spiritual victory of Mt. Carmel; the life mission of Mt. Horeb; and to experience the answer of Dothan that gains victory without fighting. Furthermore, you must teach the answers of “those who remain” to restore the Gospel; of “those who remained” to restore power; of “those who will remain” to restore culture; and of “those who will leave behind” to restore the posterity.

2. The RUTC
The RUTC is the place where all 237 nations and 5,000 people groups will gather; where later, they’ll scatter and go into their fields; where healing takes place and the Summit is raised; where the aftereffects of spiritual problems are resolved; and where the Gospel Movement will be sustained and continued. The RUTC is where leaders; church officers; and Remnants gather, so that they can relay these answers to the fields of the 237 nations and 5,000 people groups to establish other RUTCs within the same stream of the covenant and answers.

In the important fields of evangelism and missions, Paul received the answer of destroying the forces of darkness and healing the culture of idolatry. You, too, must save the developed nations that hold idolatry in high regard, the nations that establish shrines, and the undeveloped nations that hold onto mysticism and superstitions.

Dear God, may the RUTC in the Bible that You established and revealed become actualized once again through the Remnants in this age so that it can be relayed and established in all nations and people groups. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

To the powerful nations that lack the Gospel and have become Satan’s captives; to the weak nations that lack the Gospel and have become slaves to those powerful nations; and to every nation and people group that have become accustomed to the culture of idolatry and live with the roots of idol worship instead of the Gospel, this is the place to recognize the indisputable need; to correctly understand; to go all-in to change fate and destiny; to heal lives; and to make every nation as the main figure the answer to save the world, the RUTC is the unique platform that this world urgently needs.
