God has given you everything. However, you delude yourself as if you have nothing and seek after other needs. You do that because you don’t have the time to enjoy what God has given as your own. Then, how can you discover the things given by God?

1. As the Living Word
Sometimes, there aren’t any answers; you feel sick; you have a heavy heart; and you’re spiritually afflicted. However, since you are a spiritual being with a soul, when you look to God, your soul becomes revived and you gain strength. In the morning, as soon as you open your eyes, set apart time to think about God and write down the main Bible verse from the pulpit message. By doing so, your brain will be revived, and you’ll be transformed into a spiritual state where you can pray.

2. With Thanksgiving for All Works
By taking the time to find thanksgiving in everything that happened today, many areas will change. Most of the conflicts, quarrels, and incidents that give scars are caused by family members, dear friends, or close relationships. However, you mustn’t forget that God’s plan is inside of everyone around you. If not for the Gospel, there will come a time to face your weaknesses.

Even in the seemingly impossible problems, Jesus wants you to confirm that He is the Christ. Furthermore, through those who find thanksgiving in all works, God will use them to save others who facing spiritual difficulties.

Dear God, thank you for saving me who was trapped in disease and darkness. Help me to daily enjoy Your power that has given me true freedom and liberation, and lead me to save those are seized. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

* When Is the Most Comfortable Time?

Find the Bible verses from the Gospel Letter and write them down in your notebook. Then, take that notebook, go to a garden, park, or somewhere outdoors.

It’s ideal to wake up early in the morning, or briefly do it during lunch time.

If you had a hectic day without being able to blink or take a breath, it’d be best to do it before going to sleep.

As you get fresh air and go for a walk, open your notebook, read the Bible verses, and meditate on them.

As you read, breathe slowly and deeply.

By doing this, your brain will be revived, your soul will be rejuvenated, and you’ll be filled with energy throughout the day.
