MARCH 23 WED
The Pilgrim’s Path
Daniel 6:10│When Daniel knew that the document had been signed, he went to his house where he had windows in his upper chamber open toward Jerusalem. He got down on his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he had done previously.

You, who have realized the Gospel, are on the pilgrim’s path. The Israelites who were freed from slavery and those who had the Gospel during the ages of captivity and colonization went on the pilgrim’s path and searched for God's will. As a pilgrim living in this age, what is the journey that you must take?
1. Solely Pray for One Thing
You breathe because you’re alive. Conversely, breathing is necessary to sustain life. Even a little conscious attention to your breathing will energize your brain. You just need to take deep breaths and pray for one thing. When you inhale, pray, “Fill me with the Spirit of Jesus Christ.” When you exhale, pray, “May the power of the Holy Spirit come upon everything that I see.” Through these prayers, you can save both yourself and the field.
2. Going on a Journey While Looking at the Stream When breathing and prayer flow naturally in your life, your soul will be energized. Then, you'll be able to enjoy both peace that the world cannot give and thanksgiving that transcends your environment. Having such a spiritual condition and state of mind are the pilgrim's greatest answers. Even if you become enslaved and held captive for what seems like an eternity, if you don’t lose hold of prayer, by no means will it end in failure. When you yearn for worship with a thirsty heart and pray in the stream of the Word, you’ll see God’s transcendent works.
If you enjoy the Word and the “prayer of 24 hours,” you’ll receive peace and thanksgiving. In addition, God's power will appear in the field, and you’ll receive answers to heal and save others.
Dear God, thank you for giving me the most precious Gospel and preparing everything. Please help me to restore the pilgrim’s prayer and the true worship to save the world. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
* What Is the Prayer That Resolves?
Daniel, in his daily life, always prayed. This can be clearly seen by examining the words of King Darius who went to Daniel who had been thrown into the den of lions.
“As he came near to the den where Daniel was, he cried out in a tone of anguish. The king declared to Daniel, ‘O Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?’”Daniel 6:20
The king who didn’t believe in God confessed that He lived and exclaimed that Daniel was a servant of the living God. Even more surprising, the king knew that Daniel had always served God.
How are you praying?
By meditating on Daniel 6:10, which shows the patterns and habits regarding Daniel’s prayer in detail, examine your own prayer.
