People Who Are below the 90 Percent Level

Acts 1:11-14 / "Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven." (11)

Hymn #191 I'm Rejoicing Night and Day (Unified Hymn 427)

The reality of the church is that it's made up of 90 percent of people who are below level and 10 percent of people who've succeeded. For you, you must possess a "spiritual level” and give them answers. (1 Corinthians 3:1~9) Among them, the level regarding these 90 percent of people can become a stumbling block. This can cause churches to become dependent, close their doors, and even make intellectuals have delusions regarding the future of their churches. However, God first called the people of Galilee then poured down the power of the Holy Spirit in the field where the powerless believers and apostles of the Early Church had gathered. (Acts 2:1-4) Knowing this, before leaving for missions; (Acts 13:1-4) when doors were closed; (Acts 16:6-10) and before heading to Rome, Paul first received the power of Mark's upper room. At that time, there were three conditions for using the people of Galilee.

1. What to Focus on (Acts 1:11~14)
The members of the Early Church concentrated for 40 days, 10 days, every day, and always. (24) Furthermore, they concentrated so that God's Kingdom would be established (25) and to become connected with the blessing of the throne. (00 – Eternity) At that time, the curtain of the temple was torn in half; the doors of the throne were opened; and Jesus said, “It is finished." For the disciples, Jesus' promise that He would be with them with all authority was seen as fact. (Matthew 27:51 & John 19:30) Finally, the "9 Blessings of The throne" were set and "only"; "uniqueness"; and "re-creation" became answers.

2. What to Save First (Acts 1:8)
First of all, Genesis 1:27 which is the "spiritual healing" that saves your spirit must take place. Then, Genesis 2:7 which is your spiritual state must be revived as well. In doing so, "mental healing" that heals your mind, heart, and thoughts will arise. Ultimately, Genesis 2:1-18 which is "life healing" that restores what's truly real will begin.

3. Prepare the Greatest Vessel
From the age of Egypt until Rome evangelization, God used those who were powerless and hopeless as the greatest vessels. Paul who realized this said, "The reason God uses those who are weak is to let people know that the power of salvation belongs to God." (1 Corinthians 1:18~31) Moreover, he confessed that there was no one wiser or more powerful than God. (1 Corinthians 2:1-13)

Starting now, in order for the Holy Spirit to be established, begin concentration on your own (Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 12:13, & John 20:22) then relay that blessing. In the end, you'll become a witness.

[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, may the new start of really holding onto Your covenant to save others begin. Help me become the witness who enjoys and relays this answer. In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen.
