The Masterpiece of the Church - The Watchtower
Acts 1:14 / They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers
Hymn #502 Heralds of Light, Be Swift (Unified Hymn 259)
God allowed the Early Church to be persecuted. That's why, unnoticed, a regional church arose that only carried out evangelism. These people were called "watchmen." The masterpiece of the church that you must receive as an answer is none other than the "watchtower." Through prayer, the church officers of the Early Church enjoyed "The Throne's Blessing" and played the role of watchmen. That was where God gave all blessings. As a result, a large number of priests became obedient to the faith; Paul was transformed; and the door to the world opened, (Acts 6:7, 9:15, & 11:19) Moreover, watchmen Lydia and Jason who possessed the mission of prayer arose and the church was established, (Acts 16:15 & 17:6) Consequently, hidden disciples from this church started the evangelism movement in homes; their fields; and synagogues, (Acts 18:4 & 19:8~10) Church officers are "platforms” that enjoy the throne and watchmen who protect churches in the field. When the watchman is raised, the "watchtower" will be created. From here, "the absolute journey" emerges.
1. The Watchman's Start
The watchman's start is being able to look at the "light." This is where "The Throne's Blessing" begins to come. The members of the Early Church who experienced "The Throne's Blessing" gathered without any reasons. (Acts 1:14) From that point on, God opened the door; (Acts 2:9~11) raised church officers who enjoyed the throne; and began to shine the light, (Acts 6:1-7 As a) result, works arose in which Samaria; (Acts 8:4-8) the Ethiopian eunuch; Acts 8:26-40 and Paul repented. (Acts 9:10)
2. The Watchman's Salvation
Through "The Throne's Blessing," carry out all works and know that where you are present is the "watchtower." By becoming the "watchman" who shines the light here, the works of salvation and the creation of Heaven and earth will take place. The members of the Early Church enjoyed those works and experienced greater blessings and miracles even in the midst of tribulation (Acts 11:19~30 & 12:1-25) and for the very first time, commissioned missionaries,( Acts 13:1~4)
3. The Watchman's Healing
Paul healed diseases that no one else could cure. (Acts 13, 16, & 19) He also went into synagogues and healed the posterity, (Acts 17:1, 18:4, & 19:8) Here, Priscilla and Aquila helped Paul and served as regional watchmen.
By holding onto the covenant and praying, you'll receive the blessings of both meetings and "Oneness" and the answer of Romans 16:25-27 will surely come. In doing so, by praying, raise the "watchtower" that won't let Jehovah rest day and night.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, may this be the blessed time when the spiritual bartizan is raised in me and when the Holy Trinity works. May it also be the time of power when the doors of Heaven open. As I receive the Word and pray, may Your Kingdom be first established in all the places where I'll go. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.
