JANUARY 04 Thurs.
The Remnant's Difficult Time
Genesis 37:1-11 / His brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the matter in mind. (11)
Hymn #291 Somebody Loves You (Unified Hymn 413)
The thoughts that you have now will become your fate and destiny. The breathing that you're doing now indicates your health. Your thoughts will surely come as answers. You may be thankful because you're doing God's work through the Lord's grace; however, you may also think that you've accomplished a lot. Moreover, you may find it difficult to do works that don't pose any problem at all. All these mean that prayer isn't taking place. The Remnant's morning should be a time to gain strength and get ahead. The afternoon should be a time to gain answers and accept and transcend everything. By setting aside time at night to have concentrated deep time, a lot of benefits can be gained. Nevertheless, while enjoying these times, you may encounter difficult moments.
1. Righfulness·Inevitability·Absoluteness
Anyone can have difficult times. You must think of those moments as being rightful. You mustn't feel discouraged. Those difficulties came because they needed to. That's why you need to find "absoluteness." Harsh times usually come through people. Incidents may occur out of nowhere; you may be misunderstood; or you may be falsely accused. If you fail to accept and transcend those issues, you'll suffer a lot of losses.
2. The Time of Renewal
God sent the Israelites to powerful nations as slaves, captives, colonies, and as a wandering people. That was because by properly seeing and experiencing, the Israelites could have renewal. By having proper renewal, there's no need to go into slavery; captivity; or colonization. Ultimately, all these fulfilled God's Kingdom.
3. The Time of Answers
The Remnant's difficult moments are times for answers. God wants to raise Remnants as witnesses to save their families, nations, and the world. In other words, this is the time to change the world. What Remnants pray for will definitely be fulfilled. In particular, during arduous times, they must enjoy the mystery of prayer.
While enjoying the best, Remnants just have to wait. This is the Remnant's time schedule. The 7 Remnants had no one to help them; instead, they waited while enjoying what was important. By constantly being aware of breathing and prayer, Remnants must enjoy that as well. Through prayer, when they come to their conclusion, the answers of "24·25·Eternity" will come.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, please work at this moment so that all Remnants can gain wisdom and strength given by You. Grant all Remnants the strength to hold onto this message. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.
