Now, an important final preparation must be made. Just five minutes a day, all you have to do is save yourself through the Gospel. This will develop and become nine journeys. By doing five-minute holy meditation, your soul will be revived. At that time, the light of creation, (Genesis 1:3) God's image, (Genesis 1:27) and God's "breath of life" (Genesis 2:7) will enter. Especially, if you do deep breathing as you pray, your brain will be revived. In doing so, your body will be restored as well. However, the important aspect is also restoring your rhythm. Also, at every given moment, if you exercise and have good food, you'll be healthy for the rest of your life. As a result, your spiritual state will become different. When problems; conflicts; and crises come, in regards to your lifetime, look at today, and you'll gain the answer that they're necessary. In addition, they'll become opportunities to renew yourself. Therefore, you'll gain peace, thanksgiving, and power. In the end, you'll become the Spiritual Summit. Starting today, you must discover three journeys (3 Camps) and prepare your vessel.

1. Future Camp Must Be Done Because an Important Future Exists
The Israelites were enslaved, taken as captives, and were colonized because they had fallen behind. However, this is also the same situation for the three organizations and the church. However, at that time, God had given them His methods which were Acts 1:1, 3, and 8. So, if you're also continuously filled with these points, you'll be able to see "only" within the future (Acts 2:17-18) and in your occupation.

2. Prayer Camp That Discovers Important Signposts Must Be Carried Out
Many people are doing incorrect prayer based on Genesis 3, 6, and 11 which are centered on "me," "us," and "our possessions." However, correct prayer is asking what God's plan is. In doing so, your own prayer will emerge which is the "3•9•3." As a result, the answer of "uniqueness" will come.

3. Talent Camp That Discovers God-Given Skills Must Be Carried Out
From this point on, talents will emerge. Joseph's talents didn't involve cleaning or doing a good job in prison. However, in those places, works arose.
