Satan causes wars, suicides, and murders. Only churches were given the authority to overcome Satan. However, churches don't have any power and only worry about necessities of life. Churches must be liberated from here. On the Mt. of Olives, Christ gave the mystery to save the world. (Acts 1:3 & 8) He explained that the power of the heavenly throne would become "my bartizan," and this bartizan would become "my journey." In addition, He spoke of a guidepost that would raise a special bartizan. The watchtower was Mark's upper room. There, the mystery of the Three Feasts in which power was established and "The 5 Authorities" were revealed, and the future was seen. At that time, He appointed and gave positions to His disciples to block spiritual epidemics and disasters. (Acts 6) Stephen, a representative figure, was full of the Holy Spirit; faith; and wisdom and devoted himself to the work of saving Israel and the world that were in crisis. Seized by Satan, people cause wars; commit murders; and commit suicides. That's why, armed with spiritual power, you must pray.
1. Stephen, Who Prepared for Martyrdom and Gave Devotion
Because Stephen discovered what was valuable, he chose to die for the truth. He declared that even if you did everything, but didn't have the Gospel, disasters would come. In addition, he said that even if you followed all the Law, but didn't have the Gospel, you would be cursed. At that time, the door of Heaven opened and Christ stood at the right hand of the throne and cheered Stephen on.
2. In Connection with the Persecution of Stephen (Acts 11:19)
An amazing work took place when Saul, who had been killing believers in Jesus, was transformed into an evangelist on his way to Damascus. Moreover, the scattered people gathered and the Church at Antioch was established. The members of that church called for Paul and commissioned him to the missions' field.
3. The Eternal Answer: The Creation of the Bartizan for World Missions
Saul, who was a witness when Stephen was stoned, heard a voice from Heaven. Later, Saul, who was now Paul, built a bartizan toward the entire world. Because of Stephen, the Church at Antioch was created, and through it, the door to world missions was opened. When this Gospel entered Korea, the early leaders became Christians.
Paul's works that arose because of Stephen is still happening today. By staking your life and doing "prayer 24" for the real bartizan; real world evangelization; the three courtyards; and the construction of the temple, anything can be accomplished.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, armed with the resolution to become a martyr for the truth, help me save the posterity; this nation; and the world. In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen.
