The hardships that David underwent were allowed by God. Those hardships given by God were different from the ones given by Satan because he could discover the reasons why God had sent them. Through hardships, David realized the spiritual state of the Israelites who had lost hold of the covenant, and he discovered his mission. Like David, you must regard hardships as opportunities for blessings and renewal and restore your walk of faith. How can you do that?

1. Don’t Be Deceived; Instead, Enjoy
There are many times when you only see the reality and make rash decisions. Moreover, instead of the covenant, you are swayed more by what people say. When hardships come, you exert yourself and struggle to solve them. However, even when King Saul was jealous of David; when he threw a spear; and sent assassins to kill him, during those extreme situations, David didn’t respond to each threat; instead, he enjoyed God’s work. In his background, he possessed absolute trust in God and had a strong friendship with Jonathan.

2. Enjoy the Future Ahead of Time
All the work that you’re doing and all your meetings right now are directly connected with the future. Presently, if you hate or resent someone, there’s a strong possibility that you’ll do the same in the future. There’s only one aspect that you must fully focus on and work hard toward. You mustn’t forget that preparation for the temple is what God desires the most.

There’s only one master in your life. He is the Lord God. Because the Lord is your Shepherd, you don’t need anything, and you lack nothing.

Dear God, I praise You for being my eternal Master. Please use my life to prepare the church that You desire the most. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

* What Are Real Skills?

Tearing down the Nephilim culture that fills the world, having faith to live for church culture; and participating in the spiritual battle while willingly regarding persecution as a blessing are the real skills of God’s children.
