After Jesus was baptized, He destroyed Satan's power in the wilderness. Satan tested Jesus because he couldn't overcome Him and knew who He was. So, when you start, you need to make sure that everything is hidden and keep in mind that you've been given the status and authority to bind darkness. Moreover, there's content that needs to be known first. First, before entering a strong man's house to carry off his possessions, the strong man must first be tied up. (Matthew 12:29) Next, Satan who made the events of Genesis 3; 6; and 11 tempts people with what's good and attacks the posterity until the very end. However, there's nothing to worry about because Christ has completely destroyed Satan. (Genesis 3:15, 6:14, Exodus 3:18, Isaiah 7:14, and 1 John 3:8)

1. Have a Time of Resolution in the Wilderness in Order Not to Be Deceived by Satan's Methods
If you know Satan's methods, you'll receive great answers. When Satan told Jesus to turn stones into bread, Jesus replied that man must live on the Word of God. And, when Satan told Jesus to jump off the highest point of the temple, Jesus told him not to test the Lord God. Finally, when Satan told Jesus that he would give Him the world if Jesus worshiped him, Jesus replied that only God must be worshiped alone. In the end, Satan was completely bound.

2. Know Satan's Content and Never Lose Hold of the Streams of Worship and the Word
Satan tries to take away worship by manipulating the necessities of life, material goods, a desire for fame, and pride. If worship is taken away, then everything is lost. Because what you worship determines your future, Satan tries to change the subject of worship. That's why you mustn't lose hold of worship; instead, you must hold onto the accurate Word.

3. From the Moment the Accurate Word Is Held, Satan Flees and the Answers of Only, Uniqueness, and Re-Creation Come
"Do not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD," is a direct quote from Deuteronomy 8:3. "Do not test the LORD your God" is a direct quote from Deuteronomy 6:16. And lastly, "Worship the Lord God," is a direct quote from Deuteronomy 26:10. At this time, Satan has no other choice but to flee.

In the end, the devil fled and angels came and attended Jesus. (Matthew 4:11) Even now, when you hold onto the covenant and pray, Satan will kneel down and God will send the angels of the Lord to run errands. (Exodus 14:19-20, 2 Kings 19:35, Daniel 10:1-21, and Acts 12:1-25)

Dear God, thank you for letting me know the works that I need to do first. Please make it a year in which the unseen forces of darkness are completely broken down. Today, help me have a time of resolution in the wilderness and help me restore both worship and the Word. In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen.
