DECEMBER 25 Mon.
Remnant Summit Training
Joshua 1:1-9 / Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." (9)
Hymn #354 They That Wait Upon the Lord (Unified Hymn 394)
Remnants need Summit training. If they deeply have holy meditation on “3·9·3" for 10 minutes, breathing will occur automatically. In doing so, scheduled holy meditation will become easier and "prayer 24" will take place. No matter what situation Remnants face, answers will emerge. As they gain strength, their occupations will begin. Then, the answer of "25" that'll revive the field and the unwavering answer of "Eternity" will come. As a result, "Healing and Summit" will naturally happen. That's why Remnants need new imprints. Joshua witnessed the ten miracles, the Exodus, (Exodus 5:1-12:46) the parting of the Red Sea, the Tabernacle, and the power of the Three Feasts. (The Book of Leviticus) He also knew the mission and future of the 12 tribes and the reason why the Israelites had to enter Canaan. (The Book of Numbers) Before he entered Canaan, he completely changed his imprints, roots, and nature. (The Book of Deuteronomy) What did God give to Joshua?
1. The Mission is to Realize What God Has Given (Joshua 1:3)
Finding your mission is success. Because it had already been given, God told the Israelites not to worry, even though they would have many problems along the wilderness path. Entering Canaan was God's "absolute plan." Moreover, when problems did come, He spoke of the covenant again, (Joshua 1:5)
2.The Remnants' Identity Is God Being with Them
"Be strong and courageous. You will take possession of the land promised to your ancestors." (Joshua 1:6) "Even though the path you're taking may seem dangerous, if you hold onto the covenant and don't waver, paths and doors will open for you." (Joshua 1:7) "Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9) As a Remnant, this is the identity that you must hold onto.
3. Witnesses Who Hold onto the Future Where God Will Be with Them
The Israelites followed the Ark of the Covenant and crossed the Jordan River, (Joshua 3:1~13) After six days of silence, the Israelites walked around the city and the wall of Jericho fell. (Joshua 6:1-20) On the paths where Remnants walk, God will give unprecedented and neverrepeated answers, (Joshua 10:10-14)
One crucial aspect that Remnants must remember is the meeting of Joshua and Caleb. Their common characteristic was that they believed in God's "absolute sovereignty, absolute plan, absolute covenant, absolute journey, and absolute goal." Because they had "the absolute meeting," "the absolute mission" emerged.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, starting today, help me restore the blessing of the Remnant Summit. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.
