Joseph believed in the fact that God was with him. When Joseph met Pharaoh, he testified about God. Even before his brothers, Joseph confessed that God had sent him ahead and that God worked all things together for the good. What did Joseph see that he could do that?

1. He Confirmed His God-Given Covenant
In times of crises, it’s easy to rush into solving problems. You probably want to pray that your discomfort will be relieved; that problems will go away; and that people who cause you troubles will be knocked down. Of course, God is able to do what you’ve prayed for, and He can even stop those situations from arising in the first place. However, there are some reasons for giving you suffering. Through that process, He wants you to firmly hold onto His covenant without wavering and create a masterpiece that will fulfill His covenant.

2. He Held onto the Evidences of the Covenant
Joseph, who held onto the covenant, was falsely framed and went to jail. By no means was that an accident or coincidence. God was with Joseph. Because he held onto the evidence of Immanuel, Joseph didn’t lose hold of his God-given vision even in prison. Through Jesus Christ, God’s love has been relayed to you. God’s children who believe in Jesus Christ, who has completely solved the fundamental problems of life, carry the background of the throne of God’s Kingdom. And, although the Holy Spirit is unseen, He still works and transcends time and space.
God wants the light of life to shine in the 237 nations and allows those who have the Gospel to meet souls that are dying because they don’t know the Gospel. When you hold onto these evidences, God will lead you to answers that are unprecedented and never-repeated.

Dear God, since You have called me to be a witness to save the age, grant me grace to enjoy the mysteries of WITH, Immanuel, and Oneness. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

* Have You Ever Faced Hostility on All Sides?
四面楚歌

Korean: sa myeon cho ga Chinese: sì miàn chǔ gē

This is a four-character Chinese idiom that literally means “surrounded on four sides by the songs of Chu.”

This is an idiom that describes a situation during the Chu-Han Contention in 203 BC. The Chu Dynasty led by Xiang Yu was surrounded by Han Xin of the Han Dynasty and could not escape. The number of soldiers in Xiang Yu’s army began to decrease, and they began to run low on supplies. One night, Han Xin ordered his troops to sing Chu folk songs to create a false impression that Chu had fallen to the Han forces. The Chu army's morale plummeted and many soldiers deserted. In the end, Chu was defeated.
As a result, “sa myeon cho ga” came to mean
“being surrounded by enemies” or “falling into a state of isolation where no one could help.”
Are you stuck in a situation where no one can help? Although you have to see the reality; the facts; and the truth, you must be able to see beyond common sense. God, who has allowed the unexpected, clearly has a great and hidden plan. You have to be conscious of that spiritual fact; focus on God; and discover it. This is what you, who are “surrounded on four sides by the songs of Chu” must do.
