The Lord Who Made It
Jeremiah 33:1~9 And this city shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth who shall hear of all the good that I do for them. They shall fear and tremble because of all the good and all the prosperity I provide for it. (9)

Nations are quickly developing worldwide, but their people are in crises. The next generation is addicted to drugs and gaming, and they struggle with mental illnesses. In the midst of these problems, churches do not preach the Gospel and instead, are closing their doors. Satan who is unseen continues to destroy families and the posterity. The prophet who continuously testified of these crises of the age was Jeremiah. He prophesied that Babylon would rage war; however, no one believed him. Instead, he was incarcerated. Many theologians call Jeremiah the “weeping prophet” or “suffering prophet.” However, he was the most blessed prophet in the eyes of God. Why was he so blessed?
1. A Prophet Who Possessed a Message of Heaven
A message of Heaven was given to Jeremiah. God gave him the messages of future disasters and the restoration that would follow. Anyone who holds onto the message of Heaven will be happy and victorious. Even today, Abraham Lincoln(1809~1865) who is recognized as the greatest U.S. president possessed a message of heaven(Galatians 3:28). Like so, nobody can block this message because God’s Word has no choice but to be fulfilled.
2. A Prophet Who Knows God’s Method
People’s methods lead to fighting. However, Jeremiah who heard the message of Heaven knew God’s method because God’s Word had come upon him. Still, God allowed Jeremiah to be shut up in the Court of the Guard. God permitted hardships in Jeremiah’s life in order to fulfill the covenant within those circumstances. At that time, God said that He would answer Jeremiah if he called to Him in the name of the Lord(Jeremiah 33:6~9). This is God’s method.
3. A Prophet Who Knows the God-Given Answer
Jeremiah knew the God-given answer. God healed the abandoned land and revealed an abundance of prosperity and security. People returned from captivity, and all the nations of earth feared and trembled because of God’s glory(Jeremiah 33:6~9). Also, God heals your field. He restores the future generation addicted to drugs and gaming and suffering from mental illnesses. You just need to correctly hold onto God’s Word and relay it. This is the mission of the church.
[Prayer of the Evangelist] Dear God, I will not rely on people’s words and human methods and efforts. Instead, help me to use the message of Heaven, Your method, and the God-given answers to heal and save the church, field, and posterity.
