The church has lost the light of the Gospel, and church buildings are being sold to foreign religions. With your own strength and plans, you can neither survive nor save the world. Within the flow or stream of history which is God’s absolute plan, how can you save the world as the “one who remained?”
1. Hold onto Your God-Given Mission and Make a Resolution
God has given you the mission of Christ, His Kingdom, and the filling of the Holy Spirit(Acts 1:1, 3, and 8). You can hold onto the mission of Christ who is the solution to all problems, the mystery of God’s Kingdom that saves the world, and the filling of the Holy Spirit which is the power of “only.”(Acts 1:14) Whatever the problem may be, there is always an answer. Children of God can make resolutions within prayer because their future has been guaranteed.
2. The Ones Who Remained Will Save the World through God’s Power
Your God-given strength is an irresistible power that comes from above(Acts 2:1~3). It is the power of the Word that will absolutely be fulfilled(Acts 2:14~40), and it becomes even stronger through worship(Acts 2:42). Especially, God works so that businesspeople; church officers; and Remnants can experience the power in the field and save the world as witnesses(Acts 2:46~47).
God has entrusted the economy of light to the “ones who remained.”(Acts 2:43~45) May today be the day when you hold onto the conclusion of “only” and God’s covenant. May you understand the answers to prayer, the fulfillment of the Word, God’s time schedule, the flow of the field, and make the resolution of faith concerning the posterity and world evangelization.
[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, may I be the “one who remained” who enjoys Your absolute plan and the economy of light. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
